Return Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging with all accessories and components, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return Send an email to support@suarfinesse.com with the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]". Include your full name, order number, and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges For defective or damaged items, contact us at support@suarfinesse.com within 7 days of delivery for a free exchange.
